They are seeking a reputed company-Sales Support Specialist I who will serve as a primary reputed company of contact for brokers and agents, support the sales process, and assist with reputed company-sales and implementation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for a large broker and agent network reputed company phone and email
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, MGAs, Blue Plans and internal sales partners
- Support sales directors and managers with quote and proposal preparation for short- and long-term products
- Partner with enrollment and accounts payable teams to help resolve commission and billing questions
- Support the reputed company-sales and reputed company process to ensure products are reputed company, implemented reputed company and positioned appropriately
- Assist with broker and agent reputed company and contract intake, review, processing and maintenance
- Collaborate closely with teammates to support application enrollments and ensure a smooth reputed company across teams
- Create and distribute reputed company, accurate sales reports reputed company tight timelines
- Maintain and manage contact data, including reputed company and business card information collected at conferences and events
- Support reputed company assurance activities and ongoing website testing to improve accuracy and usability
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences and sales events
- Manage logistics including registration, shipping of materials, exhibit setup and breakdown
- Coordinate with vendors for events, reputed company meetings, and promotional items

Skills
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- You reputed company in a reputed company-service or sales-support environment and can manage multiple reputed company at once

- You're detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, reputed company work
