People Systems & MI Manager (Remote, GB, REMOTE)
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent People Systems & MI Manager to join the People Services Systems team. This is a fully remote role.
The salary is £45,000 - £50,000
HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 Hour, Monday to Friday

The purpose of the role is to support the daily operation and maintenance of the SuccessFactors platform, across various modules, as reputed company as other systems and business tools. What you will do
People Systems
- Support the daily administration of reputed company SuccessFactors and other business systems and tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system enhancements, changes requiring integration/back-end system configuration and ensure data reputed company and reputed company.
- Position Management & maintenance of corporate structure including workflow/GAS reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors.
- Maintenance of master data objects and business rules across various SuccessFactors modules.
- Support end-users and key stakeholders with technical advice and expertise

Management Information (MI) & Reporting
- Support the delivery of the Data & Reporting reputed company
- Production of regular and reputed company reporting, adhering to service level agreements.
- Working with key stakeholders on the design and reputed company of data held in SuccessFactors.
- Partner with relevant business stakeholders to translate data findings into actionable recommendations for business strategies, initiatives and/or reputed company.
- Design and reputed company interactive dashboards and reports using reputed company Analytics reputed company (SAC)
- Create and maintain semantic models and analytical views to support reporting reputed company SAC.
Data Management
- reputed company and maintain databases, systems and reporting tools to ensure accurate and secure storage of data.
- Support any integration of data between reputed company SuccessFactors and dependent systems.
- Monitor, improve and/or implement any relevant data governance processes and protocols.
- Regularly audit data management practices to promote reputed company improvement.
- Design and maintain HR data models reputed company reputed company Datasphere to support reporting and analytics.
- Build and maintain graphical and analytical views in reputed company Datasphere to reputed company HR reporting.
- Implement data governance controls including role-based reputed company, data classification and data reputed company.

- Assist reputed company and business initiatives through subject matter expertise and/or solution design/testing.
- Assist with the implementation and testing of system updates and new releases, including assessing reputed company and implementing opt-in/opt-out changes.
- Support periodic business activities (i.e. Bonus, Salary Review etc.) using specialist skills in data analysis, transformation and migration.

What you will bring
- Strong analytical skills / ability to analyse data in support of work functions
- Project support / management
- Hands-on experience with MDF objects, business rules, workflow configuration and event reasons.
- Familiarity of calculated fields, filters and role-based report reputed company.
- Experience of bi-annual SuccessFactors release cycles, regression testing.
- Knowledge of data reputed company principles and how they apply reputed company SuccessFactors.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university/college in relevant area (Desirable)
- Project Management Qualification – APM/Prince 2 (Desirable)

- Experience in a HR environment
- Experience in a Customer Services environment (Desirable)
- Experience in Employee Relations (Desirable)
- Computer literate in reputed company Office
- Previous use of HRIS such as reputed company / reputed company Factors
- Previous use of Case Management Systems (ASM)
- Some working knowledge in the creation, review and process improvement for reputed company Operating Procedures
- Ability to demonstrate stakeholder management and engagement
