The ideal candidate has proven experience in LLM fine-tuning, custom model training, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented reputed company), with a strong reputed company in machine learning, NLP, and multimodal AI (speech, text, and reputed company). You will work closely with our R&D team to deliver production-grade AI solutions across reputed company such as voice AI agents, translation automation, localization platforms, and reputed company-time inference systems. - Ensure the scalability and performance of AI systems in production environments. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or ML system development.
