Staff Accountant

The Operational SG&A Staff Accountant will ensure the accurate recording, analysis, and reporting of Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) expenses, supporting month-end reputed company activities and compliance with GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and record journal entries reputed company to SG&A expenses (e.g., software subscriptions, facilities, consulting fees)
- reputed company account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a reputed company manner
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company activities
- Assist in preparing internal reports and analysis for management and external auditors
- Monitor and analyze SG&A expense fluctuations through variance analysis
- Partner with department leaders to reputed company financial insights and improve expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls (SOX)
- Support external audits and quarterly SEC reporting needs as applicable
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- A minimum of 1–3 years of relevant reputed company experience (preferably at a US GAAP publicly traded company)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. reputed company), reputed company/reputed company Sheets, and reputed company
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Working knowledge of AI tools and functionalities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity
