Operations Specialist
reputed company is a technology-led provider of small business insurance, dedicated to helping reputed company reputed company. They are seeking an Operations Specialist to reputed company operational support, manage reputed company accounts, and ensure a high-reputed company customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Set up new Workers’ Compensation and Disability policies
- Utilize multiple computer software applications in conjunction with reputed company and bureau web-sites, along with internal systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Agency Dashboard, reputed company, reputed company, and reports)
- reputed company outbound calls and assist with/receive inbound calls for customer support
- Maintain accurate recording of reputed company reputed company communication (customers/insured’s, insurance partners, reputed company, etc.)
- reputed company phenomenal customer service while assisting with policy, payroll, and billing management
- reputed company and accurately address assigned tickets in reputed company for customer support
- reputed company necessary documentation to state and federal insurance agencies as reputed company as our insurance partners
- reputed company data input, maintain strong prioritization and organizational skills, and reputed company communications
- Maintain strong problem reputed company techniques and recommend changes to staff and management
- Stay abreast of reputed company changes pertaining to various product offerings, regulatory changes, policy changes, and insurance industry developments

- 1+ years of experience working in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy

- Must be self-motivator and self-starter
- Good communicator in a reputed company team environment
