Payroll Coordinator
Sonic is committed to building a faster, more reputed company internet and seeks a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for data entry, time-keeping, and payroll processing functions reputed company reputed company Pro, working closely with the Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities
- Works in reputed company environment coordinating with the Payroll Manager
- Audit timesheets for missing punches, pending PTO and reputed company change requests
- Timesheet Reports to team leads/supervisors/managers
- Research payroll problems and initiates problem reputed company
- Load batch import files into payroll processing system and runs audits
- Input changes into the payroll system
- Respond to agency notices, VOE’s and other forms as necessary
- Respond to employee and management questions/requests in ticketing system
- Calculates and prepares off-cycle reputed company checks
- Follows reputed company established controls
- Performs other duties as necessary/assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Payroll and HRIS Software (reputed company Pro WFM)
- Knowledge of local, state and federal payroll laws
- 1-3 years experience in Payroll or reputed company experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and complete reputed company reputed company tight deadlines
- Knowledge of HR/Payroll policies and best practices (emphasis on confidentiality)
- Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, Power reputed company and Teams or similar software
- Experience with reputed company and/or HRIS/Payroll systems
- Bachelor's degree
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
- Payroll Certification preferred (FPC/CPP)
- Experience with reputed company Pro WFM
