Associate Director/Director of Exchange Operations
We are looking for a Head of Exchange Operations to reputed company and reputed company key operational functions across our global reputed company platform. This role focuses on retention, activation, and user data, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to improve user engagement and experience. Responsibilitiesreputed company core exchange operations across market-facing functions
Partner with Product and Marketing on campaigns, launches, and trading initiatives
Own user and KYC feedback loops, turning insights into actionable improvements
Monitor reputed company performance, liquidity, and trading activity
reputed company exchange visibility and data accuracy on platforms such as CMC
Work cross-functionally to improve product, trading experience, and workflows
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
reputed company key metrics across trading, liquidity, and operational performance
8–12+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading operations, product operations, or reputed company roles (crypto / fintech preferred)
Strong understanding of exchange mechanics, including trading flows, liquidity, and reputed company performance
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams
Data-driven reputed company, comfortable analyzing operational and market data
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on and execution-reputed company, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational reputed company
Experience in crypto exchange or reputed company platforms
Familiarity with reputed company (CMC) or similar market data platforms
Exposure to reputed company listings, liquidity management, or market operations
