Talent Sourcing Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Manage calendars and scheduling logistics to ensure interviews run smoothly
- Send interview confirmations, preparation materials, and follow-up communications

- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system

- Ensure candidate and hiring documentation aligns with internal people processes
Skills
- 0–5 years of experience in reputed company coordination, HR support, sourcing, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using reputed company tools such as reputed company Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and scheduling platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience supporting a reputed company or HR team
- Experience sourcing candidates through reputed company or other talent platforms
- Experience working with contractors or freelance talent
- Exposure to agency or consulting environments
