Pay: Start at $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour! Shifts, Training & Work Environment: Enjoy your weekends off! We are hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday! You will be provided with equipment - laptop, dual monitors, keyboard and accessories on your first day. You can earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week, and you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts. You Will:

• Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls.
• Work with customers and Sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment.
• Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
• Resolve customers’ challenges by using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
• Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.

You Have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home.

• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
