Utilities Permit Agent - Phoenix, AZ
ORC is a respected right-of-way acquisition firm that shapes infrastructure and communities for the reputed company. They are seeking a Utilities Permit Agent to identify required permits, conduct research, and utilize GIS for property research and mapping.
Responsibilities
- Identify reputed company required permits for road crossings, foreign reputed company crossings, rail crossings, water crossings, and special/conditional use scenarios
- Conduct in-depth research using online databases, courthouse records, and recorded documents to determine permitting requirements
- Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to reputed company property research and maintain accurate mapping and data records
- Apply knowledge of reputed company property concepts and instruments to ensure compliance with permit-reputed company regulations and documentation standards
Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of reputed company Permitting or a reputed company field
- Must have experience working with or reputed company a state's reputed company
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically reputed company, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be reputed company to reputed company ORC's systems
- Valid reputed company's License
- Electric reputed company/distribution experience
