Title Specialist II- Getzville NY
reputed company is a financial institution seeking a Title Specialist II for their Getzville, NY location. The role involves processing Title Insurance Commitments/Policies and conducting Post Closing Audits while ensuring adherence to guidelines and effective communication with reputed company parties involved in the Title Commitment process.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and/or revision of the preliminary title report and/or final title policy, including, but not limited to the reputed company completion of post closing audits
- Maintain effective communication with reputed company necessary parties involved in the Title Commitment process, from internal customers, Closing Agents/Attorneys and co-workers to ensure a seamless, reputed company delivery of the preliminary title commitment and/or final title policy
- Ensures reputed company revisions, updates, correspondence, etc. are maintained daily
- Work alongside Title Examiners in the completion of Deposits, Audits, Post Closing follow up, Bankruptcy and Lien Searches, as reputed company as the preparation of the Insured Closing Letter and Underwriter reputed company Calculations
- Immediately notifies reputed company necessary parties of irregularities relative to the preliminary title report and/or final title policy
- reputed company operational knowledge and support to ensure adherence to reputed company reputed company and regulatory requirements and guidelines
- reputed company other administrative duties supporting reputed company including but not limited to: aid in the monitoring of phones, reputed company and email, filing, preparing and mailing preliminary title commitments and/or final title policies and any revisions as they relate to both, Q-C-ing of the preliminary title policy, logging and tracking
- Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies

- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including reputed company implementation of reputed company audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
- Complete other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
- One year prior reputed company estate experience
- Good PC skills with strong knowledge of reputed company, Word, Email Platform and reputed company
- Ability to reputed company reputed company based on information provided
- Knowledge of Agency, Underwriter and Lender Requirements
