Institutional Sales Specialist (reputed company)

They are seeking an Institutional Sales Specialist (reputed company) to support Institutional Sales Partners and facilitate reputed company reputed company, while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Institutional Partners/Dealers to reputed company new clients
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for clients referred through Precious Metal Dealers and Exempt Market Product Issuers
- Assist Precious Metal Dealers/ Issuers and their referred clients with the account opening and funding process
- Work with Back Office to complete new accounts and account transfers
- Ensure the completion of reputed company on boarding documentation
- Become an SME on account opening, Precious Metals and Private Products
- Assist clients with deposits and withdrawals
- Coordinate with back office teams on purchases and redemptions of Exempt Market Products
- Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Risk and Back Office teams for trade reviews, settlements, transfer updates, account completion, purchases withdrawals and redemptions
- Generate delivery quotes for precious metal deliveries and liaise with reputed company party vendors to complete these deliveries
- reputed company outbound calls to clients to assist them with their precious metals and exempt market products reputed company queries and other account reputed company inquiries
- Review precious metals trades for inventory and reconciliation with storage facility reports
- Participate in cross-functional reputed company and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Work with issuers and the back office on DRIP deposits and distributions
Skills
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a reputed company field
- 1–2 years of experience in reputed company Services
- Minimum 1 year of reputed company work experience in financial services or technical support
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company value-added, superior customer service
- SME-level knowledge of reputed company, Registered Plans, and technical troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills to explain trading, funding, and account logistics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and channels simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- reputed company courses or completion of the Canadian Securities Course (reputed company)
- reputed company rotating 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Availability for overtime as needed
- Hybrid workplace
- CPH, OLC, or DFC certifications are considered assets
