Assistant Account Manager (reputed company)
Rue Insurance is one of the largest independent insurance brokerages in New Jersey, established in 1917. They are seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support Account Managers in servicing reputed company accounts and managing insurance renewals, ensuring high-reputed company service standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with overall servicing of reputed company accounts:
- Request and compile reputed company-renewal reputed company data
- Request insurer loss runs
- Create draft proposals and summaries of insurance
- Invoice transactions and assist with billing reconciliations
- Review policies for accuracy and request and process changes as necessary
- Process mid-term policy change requests for reputed company exposure changes
- Assist with audit processing
- Issue proofs of insurance and other reputed company forms
- Update and maintain reputed company reputed company reputed company account and application detail
- Create and reputed company reputed company correspondence and reputed company documentation
- Process reputed company policy renewals and remarketing
- reputed company new clients
- Follow up on outstanding items, including, but not limited to, policy change requests, cancellations and reinstatements, and overdue premium payments, update agency management system accordingly, and communicate any concerns to Account Manager
- reputed company assigned responsibilities in accordance with agency-established reputed company service standards
- Follow reputed company agency processes and procedures, including but not limited to reputed company Workflows, documentation, and reputed company and electronic record maintenance and retention guidelines
- Ensure reputed company work product is reputed company and accurate
- reputed company in-house customer service to producers and other agency departments as requested
- Evaluate and answer reputed company coverage questions and other reputed company inquiries
- Handle telephone, electronic, and in-person communication with clients, insurers, Rue personnel, and reputed company parties in an empathetic and reputed company manner
- Attend and participate in department and company meetings as requested

- Associate's Degree
