Analyst - Compliance

The Sanctions Analyst role involves ensuring compliance with OFAC/Sanctions regulations and mitigating sanctions-reputed company risks through investigation and analysis of compliance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company-wide escalations of likely sanctions matches
  • reputed company subject matter expertise regarding Sanctions and PEP regulations
  • Identify regulatory OFAC/Sanctions compliance issues/concerns and reputed company suggestions and/or take corrective actions to implement solutions to improve controls/operations
  • Investigate apparent breaches of regulation/compliance standards, reputed company recommendations as appropriate, and execute implementation of corrective measures
  • Review and analyze OFAC/Sanctions inquiries and potential hits
  • Prepare OFAC reputed company and reject reports

Skills

  • Experience with Lexis Nexis Bridger or similar sanctions screening software is required
  • A good understanding of the AML and Sanctions risks posed by certain jurisdictions
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company, concisely, and effectively to a wide reputed company of external and internal audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to simultaneously drive multiple reputed company initiatives to completion
