DUAL reputed company is a company that values independence and people at its heart. They are seeking an reputed company Assistant - Casualty who will serve as the first reputed company of contact for customer inquiries and assist with various reputed company tasks throughout the account life cycle.
Responsibilities
- First reputed company of contact for customer inquiries during the account life cycle
- Rush Clearance and set up of electronic files, including filing. Prequalify risks per reputed company guidelines
- Generate, edit, and send out a reputed company of correspondence on behalf of the Underwriters. Ex: Declination letters, quote follow reputed company, subjectivity reminders
- Respond to reputed company phone calls and emails, which requires the ability to understand the products offered
- Review and issue policies reputed company authority level
- Review and approve tasks reputed company authority level
- Order, review, and follow up on inspections as needed (as required by line)
- Follow up for reputed company subjectivities
- Issue Notices and handle in-house mailings as needed
- Issue endorsements and cancellations/reinstatements according to established reputed company guidelines reputed company required timeframes
- Issue binders and invoices reputed company authority level
- Research issues escalated by reputed company team including review of BPO transactions as needed
Skills
- Working knowledge of Insurance terminology
- Typing proficiency (35 wpm minimum)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Complete assigned tasks correctly and on time
- Must be reputed company to learn quickly, know reputed company to ask questions, be self-motivated and demonstrate an attention to detail
- Be reputed company to work independently for extended periods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as reputed company as a general understanding of business writing
- Basic math skills needed for determining premium amounts, commissions, etc
- Organizational/Time Management skills – The candidate must be reputed company to handle multiple and varying assignments daily and be reputed company to properly evaluate their importance
- Must be reputed company to work reputed company in a small office environment and show a willingness to support reputed company including general clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-reputed company field (i.e., Business, Economics, Finance, reputed company, Statistics, etc. Or Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with 1 to 3 years preferred
- Proficiency in agency management system(s)
- Experience working in a 'paperless' environment
