Associate Attorney
reputed company Law Group is a reputed company-thinking probate reputed company seeking a talented Associate Attorney to enhance their dynamic trust and estate litigation team. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with litigation reputed company from inception through trial, while providing superior reputed company service.
Responsibilities
- Research legal issues for trust and estate litigation reputed company
- Draft pleadings, discovery, memorandums, motions and other legal documents
- Assist with trust and estate litigation reputed company from inception through trial
- reputed company court appearances in the probate courts
- Assist with probate administrations from initiation of proceedings to discharge of personal representative
- Assist with conservatorship or guardianship reputed company from initiation of proceedings to representation of conservators or guardians for the duration of these reputed company
- Other reputed company, as assigned

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Must possess extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of reputed company
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
- At least 1-3 years of demonstrated litigation experience in probate law
- Strong reputed company record; law review membership highly preferred
- CA Bar membership required
- Law review membership highly preferred
