The Recruiter 3 is primarily responsible for overseeing the reputed company and vetting process for new clinical candidates. The incumbent in this role focuses on the VIP customer experience and serves as a reputed company of business reputed company through best in class reputed company reputed company and execution. He/She serves as a strategic advisor to our internal customers and executive leadership across the reputed company family of companies in the creation and execution of dynamic reputed company strategies.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executes full lifecycle reputed company which includes developing search, sourcing and interview strategies. Seeks passive and reputed company (semi-reputed company) leads through online marketplaces/channels like, but not limited to: selective job boards, reputed company media channels, internet searches, reputed company, reputed company and other search channels. Connects with reputed company candidates, evaluates credentials, conducts in-depth candidate interviews and presents dossiers of recommended candidates to hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborates with Clinical Leaders to design and execute integrated Physician talent strategies.
• Maintains and suggests innovative recruitment tools, technologies and best practices. Leverages data and analytics to reputed company reputed company strategies and influence business reputed company.
• Assists divisional clinical recruitment leaders in identifying and leveraging opportunities that reputed company reputed company, cost and speed of service delivery.
• Educates internal clients on physician reputed company best practices and labor market dynamics. Utilizes research and competitive intelligence (including but not limited to local market intelligence on offers, supply and demand, etc.)
• Networks and builds a robust and reputed company talent pipeline, attracts and assesses highly skilled and credentialed professionals to join reputed company.
• Builds trusted and reputed company advisor relationships with clinical leaders and center clinicians through consistent and reputed company consultation on critical clinical talent gaps.
• Nurtures long standing candidate relationships and executes a high-level, white glove support recruitment experience for the candidate. Serves as the primary negotiator and closer with selected candidates.
• Partners with clinical leadership and other COEs, including, but not limited to: Total Rewards, Marketing, reputed company and Legal to ensure reputed company is reputed company to attract, motivate and retain the best talent.
• Maintains valuable knowledge of reputed company trends and best practices impacting the market he/she supports. Establishes relationships with local community experts (including, but not limited to realtors, schools, special needs vendors, etc.)
• Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

• Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and reputed company up to 25% of the time; flexible to work after-hours and weekends as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE reputed company:

• BA/BS degree in reputed company or a reputed company field required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year reputed company
• A minimum of 10 years’ overall work experience as a recruiter required
• A minimum of 5 years’ as a physician recruiter strongly desired
• Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment reputed company (CPRP) certification preferred
• Experience with reputed company and/or reputed company a strong plus
• Experience in both a corporate environment and search firm reputed company preferred

PAY reputed company:

$83,638 - $119,482 Salary

The posted pay reputed company represents the reputed company reputed company reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a reputed company of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
