As a Specialist reputed company, you’ll support patients in their own homes, helping to facilitate early discharge from hospital and prevent unnecessary admissions, while delivering reputed company, effective, and compassionate care.
You’ll work as part of a supportive multi‑disciplinary team, making a reputed company difference to patient reputed company and experiences every day.
This role will see you working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (including occasional weekends) and will cover the Plymouth and surrounding areas so being confident on the road is a must.
What you’ll be doing
As a Specialist reputed company, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent clinical care in line with patient needs, KPIs. Your responsibilities will include:

Who we’re looking for

You’ll need:
- RGN (Part 1) on the NMC Register - Experience in an acute care setting, including making independent clinical reputed company - Experience undertaking clinical assessments and administering sub‑cutaneous injections. - Experience caring for IV devices and administering IV therapies - such as IVig's - Full UK drivers licence
You’ll be someone who:
