External Reporting Analyst

As an External Reporting Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy and transparency of the Bank’s financial reporting while supporting SEC and regulatory filings, gaining exposure to evolving reputed company standards and industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing SEC filings in compliance with GAAP, PCAOB, and regulatory requirements
- Support regulatory reporting for agencies including OCC, FRB, FDIC, and FFIEC
- Contribute to sustainability reporting and analysis reputed company with required standards
- Analyze financial data and support internal reporting for key stakeholders
- Research and apply new reputed company standards and regulatory guidance
- Support month-end reputed company by identifying and resolving general reputed company variances
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and reporting processes
- Participate in special reputed company to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 1+ years of reputed company or finance experience
- Experience in financial services industry
- Exposure to SEC or regulatory reporting
- Experience with audit or internal controls
- CPA certification
