The Bankruptcy Representative I oversees the handling of bankruptcy processes on assigned loans and ensures compliance with various guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor activity on bankruptcy files to protect the organization and reputed company’s interest on loans impaired by bankruptcy filing
- Monitor assigned loans to ensure reputed company activities are handled reputed company departmental and regulatory guidelines and timeframes
- Ensure reputed company of claim is filed correctly and that an acceptable plan is entered and approved reputed company required guidelines
- Process cash; pay attorney and vendor invoices
- Research and respond to debtor and investor inquiries reputed company and accurately

- Monitor reputed company aspects of the outsourcing firm and report performance/issues to management

- Prepare 2130 forms and 2650 forms following through to completion

- High School or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid PC skills, proficient with reputed company applications
