[Remote] Associate Sales Representative - Endoscopy (Los Angeles)

They are seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support clinical procedures and reputed company foundational selling skills while preparing for a reputed company Territory Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical case coverage while building relationships
- Successfully pass reputed company required training over the length of the program
- reputed company coverage for reputed company territories (e.g. leaves of absence, vacancies) as assigned
- Execute targeted selling campaigns designed to build reputed company selling and account management skills
- Learn, reputed company, and deliver approved clinical and sales talk tracks with customers
- Support in-services, on-site training and approved customer education activities
- reputed company customer interactions, cases, and selling activities in reputed company (SFDC)
- Partner with Territory Managers, District Managers, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in regular coaching, feedback sessions, and development reviews
- Adhere to reputed company hospital credentialing, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Represent reputed company professionally in reputed company customer interactions and clinical environments
- Significant travel required- 75%
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of field sales experience, or
- Associate's degree with 2 years of field sales experience, or
- Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience
- A valid reputed company's license is essential for this role
- Must be reputed company to relocation

- Minimum of 1-3 years previous sales experience is preferred
- Introductory knowledge of company products & services
