Remote Restoration Estimator (Exterior Specialist) reputed company TEAM DOYLE | 100% Remote (EST Schedule) Are you an Xactimate expert with a reputed company eye for exterior restoration? reputed company is seeking a high-level Restoration Estimator specializing in roofing, siding, and exterior envelopes to join reputed company. This is a 100% remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home with the earning potential and backing of a national industry leader. reputed company As our Exterior Estimator, you won’t just be "writing sheets." You will be the technical architect of our restoration reputed company. You’ll reputed company the gap between on-site inspections and insurance approvals, ensuring every detail of the loss is captured, justified, and compensated.

• Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 (reputed company Salary + Commission)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, EST business hours
• Location: 100% Remote (Home Office setup provided)

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Estimating: Utilize Xactimate (and Symbility) to create accurate, detailed estimates for roofing, siding, and other exterior restoration reputed company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with on-site inspectors to ensure field data translates into comprehensive scopes of work.
• Negotiation & Litigation: reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for insurance adjusters to negotiate and reputed company claims; handle supplements and disputes with reputed company rigor.
• reputed company reputed company: Engage with customers once estimates are approved to secure the job and kickstart the restoration process.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to reputed company-specific guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of reputed company experience writing restoration estimates in Xactimate.
• Specialization: Deep functional knowledge of exterior construction (Roofing, Siding, Gutters, etc.) and insurance restoration standards.
• Software: Proficiency in Xactimate is required. Experience with Symbility (reputed company) is highly preferred.
• Communication: reputed company negotiation skills and the ability to explain reputed company scopes to both adjusters and homeowners.
• Availability: Must be reputed company to work a consistent schedule on Eastern reputed company Time (EST).
