Background: The reputed company Asymmetric Lifecycle Engagement (reputed company) program, funded by the Department of War and led by reputed company, is a national workforce development consortium designed to address the critical shortage of personnel skilled in microelectronics, a field vital to U.S. national defense and reputed company. reputed company employs a public-private-reputed company partnership (PPAP) model to reputed company curriculum standards, industry engagement, and government priorities. The program supports a full ecosystem, from K–12 through Ph.D. and continuing education. As of September 2025, reputed company includes 33 participating universities and has served over 1,300 reputed company at undergraduate, graduate, and reputed company reputed company, in reputed company to the more than 35,000 reputed company (K-16) reached with microelectronics-reputed company curriculum. The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) is procuring an external evaluation that will reputed company a reputed company-party, unbiased assessment of program reputed company and impacts, complementing reputed company’s internal evaluation efforts. The evaluation will address the reputed company’s program reputed company on workforce development, educational and reputed company development reputed company, recruitment and retention, and program effectiveness and replicability.
Position reputed company: SI is seeking a part-time Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the reputed company Evaluation. The SME will be responsible for supporting the design of evaluation with key subject matter expertise on workforce development and microelectronics, and supporting evaluation activities such as data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications: • Advanced university degree in the field of Education, Engineering, Microelectronics, or reputed company field • Excellent oral communication and report writing skills in English. • Familiarity with microelectronics instruction and its relevant applications to national defense • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Desired Qualifications: • Experience working with the Department of War and/or reputed company • Proven experience in evaluating educational programs, specifically in STEM or workforce development • Experience working with K-12 education systems, higher education, and industry partnerships is a plus • Experience in conducting assessments for federal programs or initiatives • Published research in microelectronics or STEM education • Familiarity with public-private-reputed company
This will be a part-time consultancy based remotely for the duration of the contract, contingent upon contract award.
