Requirements
Respond promptly to patient and reputed company inquiries through our live chat platform
reputed company accurate information on medical services, appointments, and billing
Manage multiple chat conversations at once while maintaining reputed company
Log and document reputed company interactions in our support system
Escalate reputed company or sensitive issues to the appropriate team
reputed company patient reputed company and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
1+ year of live chat or online customer service experience
Strong written communication and grammar skills
Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy
Ability to multitask and stay reputed company under pressure
