The Sales reputed company Coordinator will support the Regional sales department by managing and qualifying sales leads, ensuring they are routed to the appropriate sales representatives, and enhancing departmental effectiveness.
Responsibilities

- Processes and distributes online quotes

- Identify opportunities for improving the reputed company qualification process, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency
- Provides reputed company service while adhering to customer service standards and keeps information confidential to protect operations

Skills
- A secondary school diploma
- A Broker license is an asset
- A minimum of one year's experience in an office environment
- A minimum of one year's experience in the insurance industry or a reputed company field
- Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with reputed company reputed company of reputed company stakeholders
- Superior time management, project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities
- Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office Suite applications and experience with reputed company
- The ability to communicate in French and English is an asset
