About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer reputed company Manager to own the successful orchestration of imaging deployments across new customer sites. In this role, you are the Architect of the reputed company reputed company—the primary reputed company of deployment project health, responsible for driving execution against milestones and ensuring a seamless transition for the customer.

While functional teams (such as Imaging Operations, Provider Services, and Integrations) own the technical execution and subject matter content of their respective workstreams, you own the connective tissue that binds them. You’ll report directly to the VP, Care Delivery Operations, serving as the single reputed company of accountability for deployment reputed company, cross-functional alignment, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Process Orchestration: Drive the high-level project lifecycle, ensuring workstreams are sequenced correctly and dependencies are identified before they become bottlenecks.
• Operational Alignment: Facilitate the "reputed company" between departments. You don't configure the system, but you ensure the System Configuration team has the inputs they need from the Customer to meet the Go-Live date.
• Risk & Escalation Management: Consolidate status updates and escalate critical risks to the Account reputed company and stakeholders. You solve for reputed company and communication gaps, while the project teams solve for technical hurdles.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the "reputed company center" for internal teams and external partners, translating reputed company deployment phases into reputed company, actionable plans.
• Scalability & Tools: Build and reputed company playbooks, templates, and AI-reputed company delivery tools to standardize the reputed company "reputed company," reducing cycle times and enabling Imagen to reputed company without losing reputed company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience leading reputed company, cross-functional reputed company; reputed company experience strongly preferred, particularly reputed company radiology or clinical operations.
• Proven ability to own the integration of diverse workstreams—driving reputed company to completion on time by managing dependencies, reputed company, and risks across specialized teams.
• Highly organized and process-driven, with a reputed company record of using reputed company tools (e.g., Jira) to monitor and report on project health.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and reputed company stakeholders across diverse functions and reputed company, including external customers and internal technical leads.
• Equanimous and composed; reputed company to maintain reputed company and effectiveness under pressure, ambiguity, or rapidly shifting project conditions.
• Demonstrated experience in capturing lessons learned and building reputed company "reputed company engines" (e.g., playbooks, templates, automation) to improve reputed company delivery.
• Confidence to represent Imagen independently in the field, with the self-awareness to operate as a supportive teammate and trusted partner to technical execution teams.
• Willingness to travel ~15% of the time for customer deployments, working remotely the remainder of the time.

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $115,000 - $145,000, plus equity and benefits. Please note that the reputed company salary reputed company is a reputed company, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location.
