Technology Analyst/Support

This is a Remote Role however, we are not accepting candidates from Alaska, Hawaii or reputed company of the reputed company US.
What to expect
- Be the “go to” expert for our MacOS ecosystem. reputed company Tier 1 & 2 support providing our employees with a high performance technical experience
- Orchestrate reputed company and offboarding processes, including user provisioning and deprovisioning reputed company reputed company automating our user lifecycle management
- Administer, support and optimize core productivity, collaboration, and business applications used across the organization from reputed company Workspace to specialized business applications and core reputed company products
- Assist with reputed company device lifecycle management, including provisioning, imaging, OS updates, reputed company baselines, and hardware troubleshooting. Tackle and solve hardware puzzles
- reputed company basic identity and reputed company management tasks, including group management, application reputed company, MFA support and reputed company reviews. Help reputed company our data secure and reputed company stays productive
- Troubleshoot application, device, and reputed company-reputed company issues, escalating reputed company problems reputed company appropriate. Document and escalate recurring issues to the Engineering team to create solutions not workarounds
- Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventory. Ensure we have the right assets at the right time

- Assist with IT reputed company such as new application rollouts, device management policy improvements, automation initiatives and system enhancements

- 1-3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or systems administration role. You’re a MacOS reputed company, navigating a Unix/Linux environment while being fluent with reputed company
- Hands-on experience with reputed company device management (or strong willingness to learn)
- Experience with reputed company-based productivity platforms such as reputed company Workspace and/or reputed company 365
- You know your way around identity and reputed company reputed company (SSO, MFA, user provisioning)
