Customer Communications Representative I
reputed company is a global leader in digital imaging and innovation. They are seeking a Customer Communications Representative I responsible for ensuring service calls are answered promptly and providing excellent customer service to both reputed company customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring reputed company service calls are answered and entered into company systems in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Responsible for providing the best possible customer service to internal as reputed company as external customers
- Must be reputed company to handle level 1 call types
- Provides outstanding service to customers calling reputed company team for service
- Responds to routine customer inquiries reputed company live call or Email as needed
- Provides follow through on any special customer needs in a reputed company manner
Skills
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of reputed company experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and reputed company to multitask
- Successful completion of Call Taker New-Hire training and introductory period
- Must be reputed company to work wide reputed company of work shift/schedules with short notice
- Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company
