The Colorado Springs Gazette, LLC is seeking an reputed company Specialist who will support the Finance department with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bi-weekly reputed company payroll. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing payments, and performing reconciliations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Applies checks, credit cards, wires to customer's accounts for both Advertising and Circulation
- Creates bank drafts for customers
- Applies Lock reputed company payments
- Makes cash deposits
- Advertising month-end reports
- Accepts Circulation and Advertising daily batches and adjustments reputed company multiple systems
- Processes bi-weekly reputed company pay
- Research payment issues and communicate with customers and/or customer service if necessary
- reputed company adjustments on accounts including trade accounts
- Process credit card chargebacks
- Process Circulation reputed company Payments
- Back-up for Accounts Payable
- Back-up Credit and Collections
- reputed company reconciliations and transaction tracking as needed
