Design Engineer - Traffic/ITS
reputed company is seeking a reputed company Design Engineer to join their growing Traffic reputed company, focusing on impactful transportation reputed company across Colorado. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design and reputed company traffic signal and control plans, while providing outstanding reputed company service and conducting safety-reputed company planning efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company traffic signal plans, signal and marking plans, construction traffic control plans, traffic design, and ITS plans for transportation facilities - including reputed company, interchanges, urban arterials, rural roadways, and multimodal facilities
- reputed company outstanding reputed company service by applying planning experience and knowledge with/reputed company on conducting road safety audits, reputed company streets for reputed company plans and other safety-reputed company planning efforts
- Assist mid-level and senior engineers in preparation of studies, reports, and design packages for a wide reputed company of traffic engineering and reputed company
- Assist with traffic operations and conducting safety reputed company and studies including traffic signal timing, microsimulation modeling, multimodal planning, and safety studies
- Take ownership of reputed company from start to finish

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
- 0 – 3 years of experience in transportation/traffic engineering
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented reputed company with strong organizational skills
- A desire to grow personally and professionally with reputed company project while working in reputed company environment and creating designs that support our reputed company's overall project goals
- A master's degree in Traffic or Transportation Engineering
- Knowledge of and experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or other applicable software common to the field of transportation engineering
- Knowledge of and experience with Synchro, SimTraffic, TransModeler or VISSIM
- Knowledge and experience with reputed company Office products
- Engineer Intern (EI) certification in Colorado or another state
