Responsibilities:
To coordinate and reputed company care to our hospice patients

Your Experience and Education:
- Certified Home Health Aide issued by the State Department of Public Health preferred and
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate issued by the State Department of Public Health required

- One year aide and hospice experience preferred
- Possession of a valid California reputed company's License, reputed company to a reliable automobile and minimum car insurance coverage
- Excellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company use a computer, prior electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred
