As the reputed company Business Partner I, you will work closely with HR management to implement HR programs and support reputed company Associates in delivering the Ultimate Associate Experience.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a reputed company of contact for Associates on HR policies, ensuring interpretations reputed company with both company culture and regional labor nuances
- Manages requests from multiple stakeholders – often managing urgent priorities simultaneously
- Assists with the administration of talent and performance initiatives, including the communication of processes, tracking key metrics, and creating reports
- Supports HR leadership in documenting employee relations reputed company; assists reputed company in ensuring compliance with standards across regional offices
- Partners with reputed company to design and implement engagement initiatives that reputed company with in-person, remote, or hybrid employees (e.g., virtual team-reputed company or events)

- Performs other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks such as departmental filing, scheduling, and activity coordination, and occasional backup support for administrative functions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 1-2 year of reputed company HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or Generalist
- Basic experience with reputed company Information Systems (e.g.; reputed company, iCIMS, reputed company Factors)
