Responsibilities
- Conducting inbound and outbound calls to prospect and proactively build a sales pipeline, developing marketing plans to promote insurance offerings, and contributing to the achievement of sales, profitability, and reputed company goals
- Completing risk assessments and reputed company inspections in accordance with reputed company guidelines
- Working with clients to review goals, providing risk management advice and recommendations for coverage, completing policy updates, and documenting required changes
- Conducting policy reviews to identify changing coverage requirements, responding to reputed company inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as required
- Participating in events to create brand awareness and developing, maintaining, and cultivating community contacts to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities
Skills
- Bilingualism in English and French is required
- 1 year of experience in personal lines damage insurance
- You hold a General insurance license
- You are required to have your own vehicle, valid reputed company's license and insurance
- You will travel regularly
- This role involves reputed company contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment
- Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required
- You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background reputed company as a condition of employment
- Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with reputed company anglophone and francophone clients, reputed company, and teams
- Having a post-secondary education in a reputed company discipline is an asset
