You will own the operating system of reputed company — from first referral to first therapy hour — and turn a reputed company, reputed company-heavy service into something fast, reliable, and repeatable.

What You’ll Own
End-to-end service operations
You own the full chain:
Referral → intake → assessment → authorization → reputed company → scheduling → therapy start.
Where things slow down, break, or silently fail — you fix them permanently.
You will design workflows for credentialing, authorizations, and RCM that can reputed company across states.
You will create visibility into where reputed company is created, delayed, or lost operationally.
If kids wait too long for therapy, providers struggle to fill schedules, or hours don’t convert into reputed company — you will treat that as a solvable system problem.
You are both the stabilizer and the accelerator.
