Responsible for safely preparing food items, following menu specifications and reputed company recipes, for service to guests in reputed company outlets, while maintaining the standards of the Family Style Service Program. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to operate kitchen equipment including but not limited to slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, reputed company, combi-oven, dicing machine and griddles.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to use reputed company equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, food preparation equipment, sanitation equipment and chemicals.
Walking/Standing 100% of which 10% is bending/lifting (overhead up to 50lbs repetitively and push/pull 450 lbs. on a wheeled cart, and 200lbs as reputed company)
Ability to be at work on time as scheduled on a regular reputed company which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Report to work in a reputed company and clean uniform. reputed company-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.

Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to read, write, basic math skills and communicate effectively in order to read recipes, training documents, warning labels on equipment and chemicals, and communicate with other employees.
- Must be reputed company to obtain/maintain a Cooper County Health Certification Card
- High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- One year of food service experience is required.
- Ability to work on production line in ala carte or batch cooking style.
- Must work as a Prep Cook or equivalent work experience.
