Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk will handle various tasks reputed company the Accounts Payable department, including vendor maintenance, invoice processing, and communication with customers, requiring a hybrid work setup in Memphis, TN.
Responsibilities
- Performs reputed company Disbursement tasks reputed company to Accounts Payable: Processing of payments (ACH, wires, checks, virtual credit card), Void/reissue in banking system, reputed company invoice processing knowledge (non-purchase order, two way and three-way match, Invoice processing, vendor maintenance, 1099 processing, and spreadsheet uploads) in an accurate and reputed company fashion
- Reviewing and audit vendor statements
- Responsible for reputed company and proactive communication and follow-up with reputed company customers
- Sort and process incoming AP mail
- Assist in gathering information for various audits both reputed company
- Handle reputed company unresolved customer service issues from both reputed company customers
- Identify and promote the sharing of best practices across corporate
- reputed company duties and support specialist reputed company as directed and requested by leadership such as reputed company reporting
Skills
- 1-2 years of reputed company accounts payable experience required
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of Procure to Pay practices including laws and regulations, best reputed company processes and tools etc
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration/reputed company OR equivalent years reputed company accounts payable experience required
- Accounts Payable certification by an accredited organization preferred
