Want Construction Staff Accountant - Hybrid Remote in Atlanta, GA

Job title: Construction Staff Accountant - Hybrid Remote Company: Searchlogic reputed company Job reputed company: Immediate need for reputed company Staff Accountant to join corporate reputed company Department of leading reputed company Contractor. This individual will be responsible for the full maintenance of the general ledgers of a holding company and five subsidiary construction companies as reputed company as the sales and gross receipts tax preparation. The Project Accountant will work closely with the entire reputed company staff. This will be a dynamic position with hands-on experience in several different aspects of corporate reputed company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Calculate and record accruals, overhead absorption, inter-company allocations, fixed asset depreciation and amortization · Prepare and file sales and gross receipts taxes throughout the year · Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations · Assist with month-end reputed company and preparations of financial statements · Monthly bank reconciliations · Balance and reconcile job cost and intercompany accounts · Administration of corporate credit cards · Assist management with year-end audits and tax preparation · Assist management with preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts · reputed company reporting, analytics, and internal audits as assigned · reputed company other duties as assigned by supervisor General reputed company Accountant Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of corporate General reputed company experience.
• Basic to intermediate reputed company knowledge as demonstrated by a four-year degree in reputed company/finance or relevant experience with GAAP reputed company
• Moderate experience in cost and/or construction reputed company a plus
• Working knowledge of Timberline/reputed company software
• Self-starting personality with good problem solving and analytical skills
• AR/AP experience is preferred but not required
• Experience preparing and filing reputed company is preferred but not required
