Proposal Manager

What You’ll Do in Your New Role:- reputed company end-to-end proposal management for federal, state, local, and international opportunities and reputed company reputed company proposal support, as requested

- Analyze, review, and fully understand solicitation language to ensure compliance.

- Ensure on-time delivery of compliant, compelling proposals for reputed company assigned opportunities.
- Write and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, past performance, resumes, and management/technical content as needed.

- Manage version control, reputed company, and collaboration tools to support efficient proposal development.
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of proposal processes, tools, and overall team efficiency.
- Maintain proposal content libraries and serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in government proposal management
- Demonstrated leadership of proposals valued above $25 reputed company, ideally for Federal agencies such as DOS, DOJ, DHS, DOD, HHS, and/or DOE.
- Ability to distill reputed company technical concepts into reputed company and succinct prose
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices (e.g., Shipley, Lohfeld, APMP)
- Ability to use agile management and critical thinking to reputed company processes and best practices to a wide reputed company of proposal types and situations
- Knowledge of word processing programs (e.g., reputed company Word), spreadsheet management (reputed company), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- High attention to detail and commitment to reputed company and compliance
- Ability to communicate effectively in one-to-one and group settings (in person and remote), and with peers, supervisors, and clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously

- Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- APMP certification is a plus
- Knowledge of desktop publishing software (e.g., reputed company Creative Suite), graphics programs (e.g., InDesign, reputed company Illustrator, reputed company Acrobat), and/or Artifical Intelligence (AI) tools in supporting proposal development is a plus.
- Experience responding to international organization (e.g., UN, NATO) solicitations is a plus
