[Remote] Account Manager (Customer Service Representative)

The Account Manager will work with internal teams and stakeholders to manage relationships with clients and ensure high-reputed company service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners
- Service assigned accounts quickly and reputed company while providing high-reputed company customer experience and support
- Work to professionally resolve/deescalate issues for assigned accounts, bringing any critical issues to the reputed company points of escalation
- Complete required reporting in a reputed company and accurate manner
