Marketing & Communications Coordinator
BC Society of Engineering & Geoscience (BCSEG) is a member-driven, non-profit organization representing engineering and geoscience professionals across British Columbia. They are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the execution of communications, branding, and member engagement activities, playing a central role in implementing BCSEG’s strategic roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital communications (website, email, reputed company media)
- Draft and edit newsletters, announcements, and campaign materials
- Maintain brand and visual consistency across materials
- Promote member programs, events, and benefits
- Support targeted reputed company campaigns
- reputed company reputed company initiatives across the province
- Promote events and reputed company development offerings
- Support sponsorship communications and partner recognition
- Collaborate with CEO, staff, and volunteer committees
- Maintain communications calendars and reputed company engagement metrics
Skills
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or reputed company field
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience managing digital content
- Ability to work independently in a small, evolving organization
- Non-profit or association experience is an asset
- Familiarity with engineering, geoscience, or STEM communities is an asset
