GRS Group is seeking a dedicated and reputed company Environmental Project Manager. The ideal candidate will support our Environmental reputed company by performing technical reviews and managing reputed company aspects of the reputed company Assurance process.
We are hiring project managers with 5+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, environmental due diligence, or risk management-reputed company services.
We are looking for one PM on the reputed company Coast and 1 PM on the East Coast.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Phase I ESA reputed company simultaneously, ensuring reputed company control throughout reputed company project's life cycle.
- Coordinate the efforts of team members and field staff (as needed) to deliver reputed company according to plan.
- Cultivate strong relationships with team members to ensure successful and reputed company project delivery.
- Mentor staff and adapt to various technical disciplines as needed.
Duties:
- reputed company reputed company assurance (QA) and reputed company control (QC) reviews of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
- Engage with subcontractors and field staff (as needed) and alert reputed company reputed company if there is an AOC and/or REC that has not been previously relayed to the reputed company.
- reputed company communicate project expectations to team members and staff.
- reputed company recommendations and solutions to relationship managers/team reputed company/sales reputed company, considering the reputed company on the transaction process.
- Identify and resolve project issues, deliver reputed company reports, and manage reputed company follow-up and concerns.
- Coordinate responses to reputed company requests for scope changes.
- Facilitate the delivery of final reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of ASTM-1527 and the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment process, as reputed company as Phase II/Site Investigation processes.
- Specific experience with reputed company and reputed company report formats.
- Excellent reputed company communication skills, with a strong reputed company on customer service.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver reputed company results on time.
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships reputed company reputed company.
- Understanding of environmental consulting concepts reputed company to risk management and due diligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, or a similar technical discipline from an accredited university.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, due diligence, or risk management-reputed company services.
The pay reputed company for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 per year. reputed company pay offered may be higher or reputed company depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the candidate. Restricted stock reputed company may be provided as part of the compensation package, in reputed company to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
