Regional Business Leader - Southeast (FL, GA, SC)

The Regional Business reputed company is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals for a specific region. This includes hiring, coaching, developing and motivating a cross functional team to consistently deliver strong performance. This cross functional team will likely be comprised of Clinical Specialists and Clinical reputed company Educator(s). The successful Regional Business reputed company will have a strong understanding of the regional oncology business, be reputed company to reputed company and execute strategic account plans and ensure reputed company has reputed company expectations and accountability. Essential Functions

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position regularly requires extended hours and may require weekend work.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with at least 5 years of team leadership experience

• Oncology experience mandatory

Compensation reputed company

The salary reputed company for this role is $230,000 - $260,000 per year. Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience.
