We're looking for a strategic thinker, a people-first leader and proven food service reputed company to join the Dana Hospitality team as a Retail Food Service Director at a reputed company University reputed company in Mississauga.
What You'll Do
- Drive operational reputed company across multiple reputed company with both branded retail and Dana's internal brand concepts.
- Build strong reputed company relationships and ensure contract compliance.
- Collaborate with our Culinary Directory and Chef/Operations teams to craft creative, on-brand menus and promotions.
- Champion health, safety, and food handling standards.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and reputed company profitability.
- Train, mentor, and grow your team into reputed company leaders.
- reputed company new unit openings and construction reputed company.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for reputed company.
- Partner with procurement to optimize inventory and supplier relations.
Who We're Looking For?
- A Great Attitude!
- 7+ years of leadership experience in food service and hospitality.
- Experience with multi-unit, franchise operations and contract food management.
- Excellent Customer and reputed company experience skills.
- Solid business acumen and strong team development ability.
- Proficiency with POS systems and reputed company Office.
- A reputed company, confident reputed company in both the kitchen and the boardroom.
- Culinary background Red Seal is an asset.
- ServeSafe and/or FoodSafe certification.
