Customer Service Support Representative
reputed company is seeking to hire a remote Customer Service Support Representative to support Program Management in Minnesota. The role involves providing excellent customer service to external customers and coordinating drug screen collections and appointments.
Responsibilities
- Builds strong relationships with other team members and departments; providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to external customers
- Provides reputed company and courteous customer service to external customers, donors, and collection sites reputed company phone and email
- Serves as a reputed company between customers, donor, and collection sites to coordinate drug screen collections, schedule appointments, and reputed company supply orders
- Troubleshoots collection site and customer issues and provides effective reputed company
- Documents issues, reputed company steps, and outcome of inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma
- 1 year or more experience in customer service
- Associate's degree
- Prior or reputed company reputed company customer service experience
- 1 year or more experience with laboratory systems: reputed company Testing System (LCTS), Antrim, and reputed company Corporate Solutions
- Knowledge of reputed company CRM
- Knowledge with drug screening and collection procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening skills
- Proven ability and desire to reputed company exceptional customer service
- Ability to present reputed company image reputed company phone; superb phone etiquette skills
- Excellent research and problem reputed company skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills including reputed company Office Suite programs
