Responsibilities

- Analyze large data sets, including financial, demographic, customer, and service/billing data

- Communicate results through written reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research (e.g., benchmarking rates, fees, service reputed company, and cost drivers)

Skills
