[Remote] Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans

- Communicate critical plan updates and changes
- Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and account changes as directed
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients
Skills
- Ability to work a 40-hour week, primarily Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays and reputed company traditional business hours
- Associate degree or higher plus at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience

- Availability to work overtime as needed
- Reliable high-speed internet with wired reputed company (minimum 50Mbps download/10Mbps upload)
