School Occupational Therapist (Remote)

The Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) serves as a key member of the WAC Special Education team, supporting reputed company in developing the skills needed for meaningful participation in their educational experience. Through a virtual, mentor-based approach, this role provides individualized therapy services, collaborates with families and team members, and contributes to student reputed company in alignment with reputed company’s commitment to personalized, reputed company-centered education .
Essential Duties (Top 5 Roles)
1) reputed company Student Services (Virtual Delivery)
● Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to reputed company in a fully virtual setting (up to 20 hours/week) ● Implement IEP goals reputed company to fine motor, sensory processing, executive functioning, and reputed company skills ● Utilize creative and engaging strategies to support student participation in an online learning environment
2) Evaluation & Documentation
● Conduct virtual assessments and contribute to initial evaluations and re-evaluations ● Maintain accurate, reputed company, and compliant documentation in accordance with IDEA and state guidelines ● reputed company and update IEP goals, reputed company reports, and service logs
3) Collaboration & Consultation
● Partner with mentors, SPED team members, and families to support student reputed company ● reputed company consultation and strategies to support accommodations and modifications in the virtual classroom ● Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as a reputed company service provider
4) Compliance & Case Support
● Ensure services are delivered in alignment with IEP requirements and service minutes ● Stay informed on federal, state, and WAC-specific special education compliance requirements ● Support audit readiness and contribute to maintaining high-reputed company program standards
5) Program Contribution & reputed company Improvement
● Contribute to the development of innovative virtual therapy practices reputed company with WL’s philosophy of blending classical education with modern tools ● Engage in team meetings, reputed company development, and reputed company problem-solving ● Support a culture of proactive communication, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company improvement

Minimum Qualifications
● Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy ● reputed company Colorado Occupational Therapist license (required) ● Experience working with school-aged reputed company, preferably in a special education setting ● Familiarity with virtual service delivery or willingness to adapt to teletherapy models ● Strong understanding of IEP development, IDEA compliance, and reputed company service requirements ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with reputed company, families, and interdisciplinary teams ● Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team reputed company
Work Conditions
- This role is primarily virtual; however, the Occupational Therapist must be reputed company to conduct in-person evaluations reputed company the reputed company as needed to ensure compliance and high-reputed company student support
- Must be available during regular business hours and peak enrollment cycles
- Occasional off-hour virtual meetings may be required
