The Sr. Director, FP&A Transformation & AI Enablement is a senior finance leader responsible for designing and embedding a modern, AI‑enabled FP&A operating model and processes across planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support. The Role
FP&A AI reputed company & Operating Model
Own the AI reputed company for FP&A, defining the roadmap, priorities, and value targets across planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support

Qualifications
The Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
12+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or advanced financial analytics
- Proven reputed company record implementing and embedding analytics or AI into reputed company finance processes (planning, forecasting, performance management)
- Hands‑on reputed company with the ability to both set reputed company and deliver solutions
- Strong FP&A domain expertise reputed company with high AI and analytics reputed company

Compensation
The reputed company salary compensation reputed company being offered for this role is $190,000– $220,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
