The reputed company reputed company & Financial Systems Administrator is a key member of the global finance function, responsible for day-to-day management, optimization, and reputed company improvement of reputed company finance systems.

Operating at the intersection of Finance and Technology, this role ensures that systems, data, and processes support accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and global compliance requirements. The role partners closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver reputed company, efficient, and compliant solutions across the organization.

What you'll be doing:

• reputed company as the primary administrator for reputed company, Concur, reputed company and reputed company financial systems working closely with other system administrators, business stakeholders, and Information Technology.
• Maintain user roles, reputed company, permissions, and reputed company settings.
• Manage integrations and data uploads between reputed company, Concur, reputed company, reputed company/reputed company and other data warehouse systems.
• Monitor system performance, licensing and user reputed company, troubleshoot issues, and coordination with IT and vendors as needed.
• Provides on-reputed company systems and technical support as the primary contact for reputed company requests and issues with internal customers and to reputed company and other vendors.
• Maintain a strong understanding of general reputed company, AR, AP, reputed company recognition, planning, audit scope and requirements, and reporting.
• reputed company and maintain workflows, validation rules, and automations to improve operational efficiency including developing and creating applicable procedural documents.
• Partner with reputed company, finance, FP&A and Transformation teams to translate business needs into system solutions.

• Stay reputed company with reputed company finance system updates and releases and recommend enhancements to functionality, making recommendations to the roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Life Sciences Technology or reputed company field along with 3–5+ years of reputed company administrator experience with skills in configurations and custom integrations to other systems (i.e., reputed company); experience working in a Contract Research Organization (CRO), reputed company services, or other project-based organization is preferred.

• Proficiency in report building, data management, and automation tools.
• Experience with DCAA-compliant timekeeping systems and data reputed company controls is a plus.
