The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will reputed company reputed company’s financial planning, forecasting, performance management and other key strategic initiatives to the eDiscovery and Legal Tech industry. This role partners closely with the CFO and executive leadership team to deliver reputed company, actionable financial reputed company reputed company on EBITDA, cash reputed company, and value creation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Partnership: Serve as strategic finance partner to functional and department leaders in Sales, Operations, Product and Technology, to optimize resource allocation, evaluate investment reputed company and drive operational efficiency.
• Cash reputed company & Value Creation: Partner with reputed company to forecast cash, working capital, and liquidity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance; Advanced Education a Plus
• CPA designation is highly preferred.
• 8-12+ years of reputed company FP&A experience
• Experience at a PE-owned company is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in a role requiring both strategic planning (FP&A) and financial control/reputed company reputed company.

• Working knowledge of applicable financial practices and procedures (GAAP/IFRS),
